OGURA CHOCOLATE - Satu bulan yang lalu aku di racuni oleh bunda amei sama Ogura, sampai saat ini aku masih terngiang-ngiang sampai kebayang-bayang ogura cokelat dan akhirnya aku buat dan sedikit dimodifikasi resep sendiri, alhamdulilah hasilnya memuaskan sangat super lembut dan moist seperti kempus-kempus gembus gimana gitu hehehe.....

Meskipun aku lagi terserang flu berat, tidak menghalangi ku untuk mengeksekusi resep yang aku karang ini, karena aku sangat penasaran.. kalo aku tidak segera mengeksekusinya pasti sakit flu aku tidak akan sembuh-sembuh hehehe....

Dan alhamdulilah sugestiku berjalan dengan baik, setelah aku memakan ogura yang lumer ini sakit flu aku langsung membaik..

Ogura cake ialah salah satu cake yang sangat popular di negri jiran Malaysia, tepatnya di daerah Pahat, Johor, walaupun namanya ada kata-kata Ogura bau-bau Jepang tetapi sesungguhnya tidak ada hubunganya.

Dan untuk bunda yang lagi terserang flu yang tidak kunjung sembuh, bunda wajib membuat dan mencicipi Orgura Chocolate seperti Bunda Titin Rayner ini, karena bahan yang di butuhkan mudah di dapat, berikut resep dan cara membuat Orgura Chocolate

Resep Orgura Chocolate by Bunda Tintin Rayner

Bahan-bahan

• 5 butir Kuning telur
• 1 butir Telur utuh
• 70 ml Minyak goreng
• 70 gram Susu cair
• 1 sendok teh Essens cokelat
• 15 gram Tepung maizena
• 25 gram Cokelat bubuk Good Quality
• 35 gram Tepung kunci

Bahan Putih

• 5 butir Putih Telur
• 85 gram Gula Pasir
• 1/4 sendok teh Garam
• 1/4 sendok teh Cream of tar-tar atau 1 sendok teh Air jeruk nipis

Cara Membuat Orgura Chocolate

1. Dalam wadah kocok kuning telur dengan telur utuh di susul dengan minyak goreng, susu cair dan essens coklat, kemudian ayak bahan tepung2an tepat di atasnya sambil adonan terus diaduk menggunakan whisk hingga rata dan licin,sisihkan
2. Dalam wadah lain, kocok putih telur dengan garam, cream of tar-tar sampai mulai keluar busa, kemudian masukkan gula pasir sedikit-sedikit secara bertahap 3x sambil adonan terus dikocok menggunakan mixer hingga soft peak
3. Setelah itu masukkan adonan putih telur tersebut secara bertahap 3x ke dalam adonan pasta nomer 1 tadi, sampai di aduk menggunakan spatula dengan teknik aduk balik hingga rata dan homogen.
4. Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah dialasi dengan kertas roti
5. Kemudian panggang di dalam oven dengan suhu 170 derajat selama kurang lebih 45 menit dengan teknik pemanggangan Au Bain Marie (loyang yang berisi adonan dialasi dengan loyang lain, yang ukurannya lebih besar dan di isi air setinggi 1cm)
6. Sebelum 45 menit berlalu lakukan test dengan ditusuk oleh lidi untuk menguji kematangan, soalnya tiap oven suhunya berbeda-beda
7. Setelah matang segera balik, dan lepas kertasnya secara perlahan-lahan bunda ya, agar tidak ada yang gompel
8. Alhamdulilah hasil dan bentuknya sama masih seperti semula, tapi nyusut sedikit itu wajar bunda ya, yang terpenting tidak mimpes
9. Selain itu teksturnya Lembap/basah atau moist, pokonya bikin maknyesss di mulut ketika di makan..
