Kue kering nastar adalah salah satu jenis kue kering yang cukup terkenal di Indonesia. walaupun sudah banyak yang jual di pasaran yang di kemasan di dalam toples plastik transparan, tidak sedikit bunda yang rela untuk menyisihkan waktunya untuk membuat kue kering ini sendiri di rumah. mungkin karena mudah sekali dalam mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang di butuhkan. Maka dari itu tidak heran lagi jika kue nastar menjadi salah satu pilihan untuk cemilan paling beken dalam menyambut paratamu seperti di hari besar misalnya dalam rangka menyambut hari lebaran idul fitri ataupun natal.
Kue kering nastar terbuat dari tepung terigu, telur, dan mentega, lalu di bentuk bulat-bulat kecil kira-kira diameternya 2 cm. Rasa kue nastar ini mempunyai sensasi yang manis berasal dari selai nanas yang ada di dalamnya dan rasa gurih dari parutan keju.
Namun banyak bunda yang mau membuat kue nastar yang mempunyai kendala karena tidak memiliki oven dan mixer. kali ini aku mau membagikan trik yang sederhana, bagi bunda yang belum mempunya mixer dan oven, tapi bisa membuat kue nastar sendiri di rumah sendiri, dan berikut silahkan bunda simak resep membuat kue nastar tanpa menggunakan mixer dan oven.
Kue Nastar Tanpa Mixer & Oven
Bahan-bahan
- Kuning telur sebanyak 2 butir
- Gula halus sebanyak 3 sendok makan
- Mentega sebanyak 1 bungkus blueband yang isinya 150 gram
- Tepung terigu sebanyak 16 sendok makan
- Susu bubuk putih dencow sebanyak 1 sachet yang berisi 27 gram
- Keju parut kira-kira sebanyak 2-3 sendok makan
- Vanili sebanyak 1/2 sendok teh
- Tepung maizena sebanyak 2 sendok makan
Bahan Untuk Olesan & Topping Kue Nastar
- Keju parut secukupnya (buat taburan)
- Kuning telur secukupnya (buat olesan)
Cara Membuat Kue Nastar Tanpa Oven dan Mixer
- Kocok 2
- butir Kuning sebentar saja, lalu masukkan 150 gram mentega dan 3 sendok makan gula halus, aduk rata, kemudian masukkan 16 sendok makan tepung terigu, 27 gram susu bubuk, 3 sendok makan keju, 2 sendok makan tepung maizena dan 1/2 sendok teh vanili, aduk sampai kalis.
- Setelah itu bentuk adonan dengan berbentuk bulat sebesar kelereng, lalu olesi permukaanya dengan kocokan kuning telur dan taburi dengan parutan keju.
- Panaskan dandang dengan api besar setelah panas kecilkan api hampir mati bunda ya lalu panggang selama 30 menit atau hingga matang.
Resep membuat Kue Nastar Tanpa menggunakan Oven & Mixer ini hanya menggunakan panci atau dandang sebagai pengganti oven, dan supaya adonan kue ini bisa matang dengan sempurna luar dalam, jangan bunda kasih air pada panci atau dandang. Proses ini bisa di bilang lebih condong ke teknik kukus bukan teknik panggang hanya saja kukusan ini tidak menggunakan air.
Bagi bunda yang khawatir takut pancinya gosong dan meledak, sebelum kue di kukus panaskan dulu dandang atau panci, setelah panas kecilkan api sampai hampir mati bund ya, atau juga bisa bunda ganti apinya dengan abu gosok saat memanggang.
Untuk bahan topping kue nastar ini bisa bunda kreasikan sesuai selera masing-masing, dan penggunaan susu bubuk tidak harus menggunakan susu merek dancow, boleh bunda ganti dengan susu yang sejenis merek lain, yang terpenting jangan sampai gunakan susu bubuk rasa coklat karena dapat merusak akan cita rasa original kue nastar itu sendiri.
Note : Bagi bunda yang enggan mencoba membuat kue nastar tanpa oven ini karena takut gosong panci dan lain lain, tenang aku punya alternatif lain, yaitu menggunakan teflon caranya adalah panggang adonan di atas teflon yang dialasi dengan kertas nasi dan tidak perlu harus di olesi sama mentega dan tepung karena hasilnya tidak bakalan lengket kok bund, kemudian panggang nastarnya di atas api kecil banget hampir mati selama 10 menit, lalu buka dan olesi nastar dengan kuning telor kemudian tutup kembali dan panggang lagi kurang lebih selama 20 menit. nastar kini sudah bisa bunda angkat.
